Slice Hot Dogs into Four Pieces

Slice Hot Dogs into Four Pieces

For the most even cut, use a good and sharp Chef’s Knife. If using full sized Hot Dogs, slice them into quarters.

For the Foot Long Hot Dog, slice them into six pieces. The packaged “Cocktail Weiners” or “Lit’l Smokies,” no need to slice.

Pro Tip: Any kind of Hot Dog or Sausage Cocktail Weenies will work in this recipe.
