Pasta de Bocaditos Jamón {Cuban Ham Spread} makes a great dip for Pork Rinds, Veggies, Parmesan Crisps and more. Low Carb, Keto and Gluten Free too!
As a young adult in Miami Pasta de Bocaditos {Cuban Ham Sandwiches} was served at almost every party.
Cute little Finger Sandwiches with a Deviled Ham filling was big on flavor.
I’ve recently been eating a Low Carb-ish and Keto-ish diet, as I need to take off some weight.
Having trouble trying to find snack foods that are both filling and satisfying, I was hit with a few thoughts last night, while taking a nice hot and relaxing bubble bath.
I do my best thinking in my office tub.
Seriously, even though I am a Lush girl, I love these Bath Bombs.
I started thinking about my Pasta de Bocaditos {Cuban Deviled Ham Sandwiches} and then it hit me, why not skip the bread and make a dip instead?
Then I thought some more and oh my gosh, my Low Carb Pressure Cooker Hot Onion Dip was born.
Easily converted from my popular Hot Onion Cheese Dip Bread Bowl recipe, which is one of the best things to hit my mouth.

Sounds delish! I’m curious about the low carb sweet pickles. I have never seen those. What brand do use? Would dill relish work?
Jill says
Hi Jenny. The low carb pickles are linked in the recipe. I don’t suggest dill. Jill
