Asian Stir Fry Sauce
Do you ever feel tired and don’t know what to cook?
But, you have some sort of meat in the freezer or refrigerator and don’t know what to make?
My Asian Stir Fry Sauce recipe will save the day.
Mix up a big batch and keep it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

What are the Ingredients in Asian Stir Fry Sauce?
- Hoisin Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Sambal Oelek Ground Chili Paste
- Ground Mustard Seed
- Sesame Oil
- Ground White Pepper
I like to use a large glass measuring up and add in the Hoisin Sauce first, since it it the largest ingredient used in this Asian Stir Fry Sauce.
If you stir-fry a lot, you might want to mix up a bigger batch.
Between the Sambal Oelek Ground Chili Paste and the Hot Ground Mustard Power, your sauce will definitely have a little kick.
For a milder Asian Stir-Fry Sauce, just reduce the amount of one or both of the heat elements.
On the flip side, use more for a spicy Asian Stir Fry Sauce.
Remember though, this sauce is quite concentrated and once coupled with the meat and/or vegetables, the flavor won’t be so strong.
The powdered ingredients will clump, so use a good whisk to make the sauce as smooth as possible.

I always have a Mason Jar of my Asian Stir Fry Sauce in the fridge.
You know what is it really good with? Tofu.
Yes, slice Tofu into chunks and marinate in the sauce for an hour or so and then cook it on the stove by itself or with vegetables.
I love it served with my Pressure Cooker Thai Triple Coconut Rice recipe. OMG!
It’s such an easy and quick dinner.
Tofu Nuggets in the Air Fryer are really delicious too.
You may have to use your fingers and pinch the mustard clumps to get them to separate and then shake the sauce.
Uses for Asian Stir Fry Sauce.
Add a dollop to Pressure Cooker Fried Rice for a spicy flavor profile.
Dipping sauce for my Air Fryer Yuca Fries.
Topping for Pressure Cooker Jasmine Rice
Stir Fry Assorted vegetables with Beef.

Asian Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 3.5 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sambal Oelek Ground Chili Paste
- 4 teaspoons Dry/Ground Mustard Seed
- 4 teaspoons Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a glass jar and whisk.
- Use for stir frying, as a marinade or as a dipping sauce.
