Homemade Bloomin’ Onion Ring Dipping Sauce Recipe goes great with Fries, Onion Rings, Hamburgers and even on Chicken Sandwiches.
Better than Bloomin’ Onion Ring Dipping Sauce
My husband makes THE BEST BLOOMIN’ ONION RINGS, ever and the best Onion Ring Sauce. He hasn’t made the Bloomin’ Onions in a while, but he did made the sauce when I had a craving for plain ole onion rings.
I’m sure you have heard the expression “less is more” and in this case, less really is more. It’s so simple really, it’s stupid! 😉
Whisk the ingredients together in a bowl.
Cook up some onion rings and serve. I’ll get the hubs to make his ‘Bloomin’ Onion’ and will write up the recipe for you all.
These were just Air Fryer Frozen Onion Rings that I cooked in my Ultrean 8.5 Quart Air Fryer, just to see how the Ultrean 8.5 Quart Air Fryer works. I’ll get a real onion ring recipe up in the near future.

This is absolutely wonderful! My teenage son has been begging me to make a sauce like Outback’s and I have tried many that turned out ok but your recipe is spot on! My son has asked me not to try any other recipes and to keep just this one. Bravo!
Hi Kimberly, wow, coming from a kid, that is a fantastic compliment. Thank you so much! Jill
Too sweet and not spicy enough.
There is no added sugar and all you need to do is add more horseradish, so it will be as spicy as you like. Simple. Jill
Very nice and easy thanks!
Thanks, Jim. Jill
Thank you for taking ther time to put your recipe together for us to enjoy. Those that feel the need to leave a nasty comment should go try and out something together on their own. Thank you jill I haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure it’s going to be good
Thank you, Jacqueline. Jill
Tried it with siracha instead of horseradish and cayenne. Added a pinch of lime juice. Perfection!
Great sauce! I used it on some onion rings we threw in the air fryer. Very. Very. Good. Thank you.
Thanks, Jada. So glad you enjoyed this sauce. Jill
Excellent dipping sauce for onion rings, fries and even on burgers!
And to Joe: Although you’ll never see this, shame on you! Grow up little boy.
This is really good. Thank you for sharing. I used it with my bloomin onion.
Thank you, Susan. Jill
Wow Jeff, someone should have taught you some manners. If you don’t like her recipe why insult her. Says a lot about you and it’s not good. Jill amazing sauce.
Boy oh boy, I read some of these responses. How childish! If anyone does ANY COOKING, you know a recipe is only a guide, use what u like and as much as u like. Come on now, get off ur high horse!
This dip was the perfect compliment to the Cajun fish and regular onion rings I had made for my sister and I tonight. Outstanding and a recipe where I didn’t have to do any extra shopping for. All the ingredients were already here. The only thing I changed was the horseradish root for prepared horseradish.
Awesome, Veronica. Thank you. Jill
I add some garlic and onion powder too…about 1/2 tsp of each.
Just like the real thing! I added a teaspoon of Worcestershire and a dash of pepper to give a little more zest.
So glad you enjoyed this recipe! Jill
Made it tonight to accompany some Kroger onion rings. Very tasty. I added just a bit more horseradish for my taste. Easy as could be. Thanks
Yay, so nice to hear. Thank you. Jill
Your size does not make me think this is a reducing receipe
It is a shame you have not out grown calling other people names. I am so sorry that you have not found happiness in your life. Jill
Judging from your comment you don’t have a brain to speak of.
